Terms and Conditions
These are my terms and conditions please read them carefully and if there is anything you have a question about please contact me. All prices are quoted in pound sterling. On-line credit card transactions are processed through the highly-respected secure payment service Paypal. Payment by cheque can be arranged but your jewellery will not be sent out until the cheque has cleared. By purchasing a piece of my jewellery you are accepting all my terms and conditions.
Postage
To try to keep things simple with no hidden costs I have included the postage and packaging within the cost of the jewellery so please bear this in mind when you see the cost of the jewellery. If you are purchasing from outside the UK please contact me as there may be additional postage charges.
Delivery
All orders are processed within two days of receiving the order and the payment has cleared, unless otherwise notified and all postage is first class. If your order is over the value of £30.00 then I will request the item to be signed for. You can arrange next day delivery with me if you require the jewellery urgently. This usually costs £6.99 and you need to contact me to let me know this is the postage service you require.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return your jewellery for a refund, exchange or replacement within 7 days. The jewellery must be returned in the original condition and unworn and in the original packaging.
Earrings due to health and safety reasons cannot be returned unless they are faulty or have been sent by error.
If you are returning your jewellery because it is defective or damaged then I will refund the postage otherwise you are responsible for the postage costs.

To return your jewellery you must securely package it and enclose a note with your name and address and the problem with the jewellery.

The pictures of my jewellery are carefully taken and I try to give a good and accurate representation of colour in the jewellery, however due to differences in screens etc. the colour of the jewellery you receive may be slightly different to that shown when viewing on your computer.
